"Got statefarm from a different office in 2018, moved account to this one in 2022 because my wife had an account with them, never had an issue till the person we were going through left this office and it turned into major ordeal every time we needed to change something and they never got it right. Wife and I both had accounts with them with separate pay. I emailed them to add a new truck and add coverage to an existing truck and they somehow got my dad's birthday for the quote and gave him coverage when I said to add it and he doesn't even have statefarm, so I had to call and get that fixed, which cost me because they charged to cover my dad then charged me again to add the trucks back to my policy where they should have been to begin with. And I told them to put it under my billing but somehow they didn't bill me for the trucks at all for 2 months then added them to my wife's billing and charged her for all the payments they missed and then wanted to argue that since we are married we had to have 1 billing even tho they still had other coverages under my separate billing. After 6 years of statefarm insurance I have a new provider because this office has made me waste more time trying to get my insurance correct with them in the last 2 months than I have spent talking to insurance in my whole life."

"Man, wherever you get insurance from, it’s not gonna treat you like David’s office will treat you. They are prompt. They’re always helpful and they’ll take your call whenever you need to call him. It is awesome place. Everybody should get their insurance to them. They will compare apples to apples And make you see that they have affordable and they are back by the best insurance company out there.
